The burger was fantastic. The buffalo wings were too, a nice bit of spice with them. One of the nicer chilled bars in Cowley.
Came here with a group and had a great time. Good food. Good drinks. Nice atmosphere and environment. Would recommend 100%. Were really accommodating- especially when we were running a little bit late.
staff are really great with service particularly with food requirements that even stretch to online orders. really refreshing to see such care taken in catering even for deliveries!
First time here last night, recommend by a friend. Staff are really friendly, especially the young lady behind the bar who recommend trying the coffee tequila! The food is delicious, like really delicious !! I’m looking forward to coming back soon! Im wondering if you do disco/music later in the evenings, I’f so even better!!! A pool table would be great as we typically go to places to play. However still Really fun and enjoyable place! I would recommend!
This was an unexpected surprise. We planned to go to Cowley Place but it was too noisy so we decided to walk down Cowley Road into the city centre. What a surprise. We found this lovely bar. Good beer and good burgers, dogs and other dirty food. Probably not the best for a healthy option though. The atmosphere is rustic and attracts a student crowd.
Chicken burger was really good. Got a burgerfriescoke and it was 17 so it is more in the expensive side. Nonetheless staff was very nice, clean toilets, small arcade room and a ping-pong table which was a bonus
Nice spacious pub with big outside seating area at the back with heaters as well as nice interior with table tennis, table football and free arcade games. Really nice hangout place with plenty of drink selection and it’s not overcrowded often. Food is really good value and they have good cocktail deals.
Well as you can tell from my rating, you can see we thoroughly enjoyed our visit here... nice small simple menu with a few varied choices on there and good to see plenty of vegetarian options or atleast the option to swap out for hallomi... friendly smiling staff which is always a breath of fresh air... lovley sized place with a very cute outside area half sheltered half not with large screens all over the place to catch the sports ( if that's your thing) in side to the left of the bar is a ping pong table, fuse ball table, pinball machine and arcade games the prices are highly competitive for the portion sizes they are not for the light hearted so go there hungry... I would highly recommend if your not a massive fan of spice but can dabble in bits ask for the sauce on the side its a beautiful mix having the buffalo sauce with the blue cheese and the chicken burger is by far one of the best I've tasted so moist and plenty of flavour 100% will be returning on our next trip to Oxford... thanks to the staff for your service
